Purchase over HK$1,500 package delivery and installation
An additional fee will be charged if the order is less than HK$1,500, and the delivery fee will be HK$170
Products will be shipped and assembled within 14 working days of purchase
No delivery on Sundays and public holidays
Delivery time is Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm
Free delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories but excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and outlying islands, Tung Chung and Ma Wan plus HK$200, Discovery Bay plus HK$220, and outlying islands only arranged to be delivered to the outer line in Central At the wharf, guests need to arrange transportation by themselves, and an additional fee will be charged for delivery to the village house (please contact us for details)
If the delivery address does not have a lift, an additional staircase fee will be charged, and an additional HK$300 will be charged for each floor of the goods
If you need to park in the parking lot, the fee should be paid by the guest
If the delivery date and time have been agreed with the customer, but the customer fails to collect the goods, we need to charge an additional shipping fee of HK$200 per trip
In case of typhoon No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning, the delivery service on the day and the next day may be delayed and canceled, we will contact the customer to make another arrangement
If there are any errors or omissions in the delivery information, the delivery may be delayed
