Delivery Service Arrangement

  • Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibited truck weighted 5.5 tones (Hong Kong) or above, apartment under renovation, exhibition site, warehouse, hotel, boat house/boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony.
  • Service covers addresses only within a 100m parameter of the unloading point. For addresses outside the prescribed scope > 100m, HKD$200 surcharge will be collected and receipt will be provided by KLT authorized delivery service provider.
  • In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. KLT will contact the affected customer via phone for rescheduling of delivery.
  • No returns are accepted. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, Customers must contact KLT before signing the receipt documents. If KLT confirms that the quality problems are caused by factory defects, KLT will arrange further inspections, and products that have been replaced by parts will not be replaced.

Quality issues do not include the following situations:

  • There are differences between the goods and the photos due to the natural characteristics of the materials or the materials made by humans, such as color difference, leather grain, wood grain and fabric carding.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, use, storage or accident, as well as normal wear and tear.
  • Goods that customers have installed, disassembled, modified, and moved by themselves.
  • If the customer discovers that the product has quality problems due to factory defects after signing the receipt documents, and even needs to replace parts or repair, the customer must bear the freight.
  • Delivery on Monday to Saturday office hours(9am to 6pm)
  • No Delivery on Sundays and public holidays
  • KLT reserves the right to make the final decision on all inspection fees, transportation fees or demolition fees to be collected.
  • All the dimensions approximation, please allow 1mm to 3mm difference.

  • KLT reserves the right to correct errors and misprints and to change product specifications.

What you need to know about delivery service arrangement

  1. Areas where delivery services cannot be provided include: restricted areas, road sections where trucks of 5.5 tons or more cannot enter, exhibition venues, warehouses, hotels, decoration units, houseboats/ships, construction sites, container terminals, and goods that must be exposed Places where the platform is hung into the house or where the on-site environment does not allow the delivery of the purchased goods. If the goods need to be delivered to the passenger terminal, the customer must arrange the sea delivery and loading and unloading of the goods by himself
  2. The delivery service charge is within 100 meters between the unloading point and the delivery address, otherwise the dispatched delivery team will directly charge a handling fee of HK$200 and provide a receipt.

All transportation services are arranged by KLT. If no one answers the delivery address on the day of delivery, a delivery fee of $200 will be charged due to the need to arrange delivery again, depending on the payment area.

  • Since the delivery service is arranged in the form of outsourcing, all damages caused by the delivery process and installation (including the building facilities of the delivery address, the customer's home facilities, decoration and supplies), the customer must discuss with the transport personnel to resolve it scheme, KLT will not participate in it.
  • If there is bad weather, severe flooding, road blockage or closure on the day of delivery, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended. We will contact the customer by phone to make arrangements.
  • If the distance between the delivery address and the permitted parking location is more than one street or 100 meters is more than one unit, an additional fee will be charged for the delivery service ($200).

Returns are not accepted. If the product has a quality problem due to a factory defect, the customer must contact KLT before signing the receipt document . If KLT confirms that the quality problem is caused by a factory defect, KLT will arrange further inspection and replace the parts Repaired products will not be exchanged or refunded .
