Premium Installation Service Installation service may be provided upon request with additional charges. The Gold Service includes dismantling of packaging, assembly of products and removal of all trash. 

Please refer to the respective product webpage for actual fees required for the installation service.

All delivery services are restricted to the following conditions:

  • In case you are not home at the point of delivery, a HKD 200 fee will be charged to reschedule.
  • Walk-up surcharge per item shall apply for delivery locations with staircase entrance only or item(s) not transportable using the lift at your residential building because of its size. The walk-up fee varies according to the size of the delivered item and the number of stairs required walking-up:

所有運輸服務是由KLT安排，如在送貨當日，送貨地址無人應門，因需再次安排送貨，會收取送貨費用$200-$300,視付地區而定。

· 由於運送服務是以外判形式安排，所有因運送過程及安裝時所導致的損壞 (包括送貨地址的大廈設施、客戶之家居設施、裝修及用品)，客戶須自行與運輸人員商討解決方案，KLT將不會參與其中。

· 如送貨當天遇上惡劣天氣，嚴重水浸，道路阻塞或封閉，送貨服務將有可能延誤或暫停。

· 如送貨地址與允許停車位置 (允許停車位置只包括許可貨車上落貨之停車場及貨車許可之停車錶位) 相距超過一條街或100米為一個單位以上路程，運送服務將會另加費用 (最低收取$100，最多收取$200計)。

· 如需停泊停車場，費用需由客人支付貨物 (以每件為單位計算) 如需要運上/落樓梯，每層收費如下，五級或以上計算一層 :

不接受退貨。如貨品因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題，顧客須於簽署收貨文件前與KLT聯絡，如KLT確認是因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題，KLT會安排員工上門作進一步的檢查，而已更換零件或上門維修之產品不設換貨或退款。

唯品質問題不包括以下情況 :

  • 因物料的天然特性或人做物料而導致貨品與相片出現差異，如色差、皮紋、木紋及布藝梳化車線。
  • 玻璃配件、自組傢俬、梳化的填充料 (包括海棉、梳化木架和面料、梳化的車線位及於售單上指定的貨品)。
  • 因不當安裝、使用、存放或意外造成的損壞，以及正常的磨損。
  • 顧客曾自行安裝、拆卸、改裝、搬動的貨品。
  • 如顧客於簽署收貨文件後才發現貨品因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題，而以至須要更換零件或上門維修，客人須自行承擔該次運費。
  • 星期日及公眾假期不設送貨
  • 如推路超過50米以上，需加收$100
  • 所有需收取之檢查費、運輸費或拆運費KLT保留最終決定權利。

產品需一個月至一個半月時間出貨。

免費送貨至港九新界 (東涌加$120、愉景灣加$200、馬灣加$80)

退貨

不接受退貨

* All the dimensions approximation, please allow 1mm to 3mm difference.

* KLT reserves the right to correct errors and misprints and to change product specifications.
